Established in 2011, ORCD is an Afghan national organization registered with the Ministry of Economy. ORCD’s efforts are guided by its mission “Using evidence-based best practice approach, empower communities to set and achieve their own development goals”.
ORCD is the first Afghan NGO representing civil societies in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)of the United Nations. Such a status had never been granted to any Afghan NGO ever before in the history of Afghanistan.
Job Summary
- Work with cooperative attitude and keep a high standard of quality.
- To plan, the implementation, supervision and monitoring system of the RH
- Assist in the implementation of national Reproductive Health and Emergency Obstetric Care at MHTs.
- Supervision, particularly Female MDs, Midwifes, female nurses of Health Facilities or other programs that have a focus on women and children.
- To supervise Health Facility RH program activities.
- To build up common awareness and ensure more attention of technical staff on main morbidity, STDs and HIV/AIDs.
- To prepare monthly reports.
- To represent ORCD in all related issues.
- Develop spirit of cooperation and understanding among members of program.
- Prepare monthly action plan and submits to related supervisor.
- Participate in RH related capacity building sessions.
- Any other tasks were given by the line supervisor.

The ORCD Jobs in Ghazni, (RH Officer) will have responsibilities that include:

Job Requirment
- MD degree from recognized Medical University, certified by MoHE.
- Passed exit exam.
- 3-4 work experience certificate, after the graduation.
- Having strong communication, and report writing skills.
- Motivated person, having a positive attitude or vision and ability to work in crisis situations.
