AADA was founded in 2005 with the main aim of providing quality health and social services, professional capacity building, and promotion of equal access of communities to developmental and humanitarian services. AADA also responds to the needs of the Afghan people in accordance with the principles and fundamentals of civil society organizations. Quality improvement, geographic expansion, diversification of funding, institutional development, gender equity, women empowerment and community development are among the main strategic directions reflected in the “AADA Strategic Plan”. In its long life AADA has operated in 33 provinces of Afghanistan and has successfully implemented more than 125 health and health-related projects, including 28 education/capacity development projects. AADA is a multi-donor funded organization in partnership with the Government of Afghanistan and other international donors including USAID, World Bank, Global Fund and UN agencies.

Job Summary

    • Overseeing department’s functions and managing employees.
    • Manage all HR related tasks and responsibilities, identifying workforce gaps, undertaking recruitment, conducting staff appraisals.
    • Supervise the updating and maintenance of personnel records.
    • Control attendance reports and preparing monthly payrolls.
    • Ensure the contracts for the new employees and short-term appointments.
    • Administering the leave plans, certifying employee attendance and leaves.
    • Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and AADA policies and procedures.
    • Establishes, updates and maintains manual and automated filing systems to store and track records/information.
    • Participate in the conduct of investigation for disciplinary matters
    • Keep in track of payrolls submitted to finance.
    • Keeping track of employee data (vacation, contract status, benefits, salary advances, ID cards) and ensuring they are up-to-date.

The Human Resource Manager Job at AADA ( 5 Vacancies ) will have responsibilities that include:

    • Certifying monthly payrolls for Main office and Sub offices employees, ensuring its correctness.
    • Maintaining an easy -to- use archive for resumes and applications.
    • Collecting data and generating reports as or when required by the management staff.
    • Ensure the personnel files are maintained for all staff, to include updating contact information and maintaining the privacy of each file.
    • Establishing and maintaining a database of all employee contracts with start dates, expiration dates and information on starting salary and increases
    • Responsive for the internal and external audit of Human Resource department documentation.
    • Carry out any other activity assigned by his/her supervisor.

Job Requirment

    Human Resource Manager Job at AADA Qualification:

    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Public Administration (or a related field)

    Experience: 5 years of professional relevant experience inclusive of managing a workforce of approximately 100- 200 personnel and experience in the use of office software packages and Human Resource Management System
